By accessing or using any services provided by Test Automation Institute, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including courses, community membership, downloads, coaching, and other related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
Your use of the platform is also governed by Podia's Terms of Service and Podia's Privacy Policy, as we use Podia to host our site, process payments, and manage course delivery.
2. Platform Hosting Disclaimer
Our content and services are hosted on Podia. While we control the content, training, and membership features, Podia handles account infrastructure, payment processing, and some tracking technologies. By using our Services, you also agree to be bound by Podia’s platform-wide terms and policies.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may only access our content with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for the purchase. By using our services, you represent that you are either:
At least 18 years old, or
Under 18 but accessing with full legal consent and payment authorization from a responsible adult.
4. Registration and Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

5. Payments and Billing
All payments are securely processed through Podia using third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal. We do not store or process payment data directly.
Some services may involve recurring billing (e.g., monthly membership).

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility (if any) is stated clearly on the checkout page of each course or product. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
7. Use of Content
All content provided within the Services — including but not limited to videos, downloads, course materials, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Test Automation Institute, LLC.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or share content outside your personal use unless given written permission.
8. Community Guidelines
When participating in our community spaces, live sessions, or coaching calls, you agree to:
Be respectful and constructive.
Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
Not share unauthorized third-party content.
We reserve the right to remove users from our Services for violating these rules.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
Our content is error-free or uninterrupted.
Access will be secure or timely.
Your use will lead to specific results (e.g., certification, employment).
Podia may also conduct maintenance or experience outages beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Automation Institute, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the three months preceding the claim or $500, whichever is greater.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By using our Services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in Podia’s Terms of Service.
You may opt out of arbitration by following Podia’s 30-day written notice process as described in their Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., comments, profile info), but grant us the right to display and use it for delivering services.
All training content, tools, frameworks, and scripts provided by Test Automation Institute, LLC remain our intellectual property.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or in their member dashboard.
Continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance.
